CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION - Bed & Breakfast

Reservation : to secure the reservation a deposit payment of 2 nights is required. Booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. By paying the deposit you accept the conditions of rental. All deposits are non-refundable.

Payment : all advance payments should be made payable to V. Entwistle in Sterling cheque or Euro draft. All charges incurred locally should be paid in Euros. Credit cards and Travellers cheques are not accepted.

Rooms are available for occupation from 5pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day. The properties and its owners, Craig and Victoria Entwistle, are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to person or property while guests are en route to or from or staying at 'Les Airs du Temps'.
No refund can be made for anyone arriving later or leaving earlier than planned.
A holiday insurance policy wich includes cancellation and curtailment cover is recommended.

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION - Guest Apartment

Reservation : to secure the reservation a deposit payment of 25% of the total booking is required. Booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. All deposits are non-refundable.

Payment : the balance of the rental together with the security deposit is due eight (8) weeks prior to the arrival date. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of rental require payment in full at the time of booking. All advance payments should be made payable to V. Entwistle in Sterling cheque or Euro draft. All charges incurred locally to be paid in Euros. Crédit cards and Travellers cheques not accepted.

Cancellation : up to 8 weeks prior to your arrival you may cancel and all sums paid, less the booking deposit, will be refunded. Cancellation thereafter will incur the following charges representing a percentage of the total invoice price :
43-56 days : 50%, 15-42 days : 80%, 1-14 days : 100%

Security deposit : the “Apartment“ must be left in a clean and tidy condition and all breakages reported without delay. A breakage/cleaning deposit of £70 or 100 euros must be paid with the rental balance. This will be fully refunded within 2 weeks after the end of the rental period less any obvious chargable expenses (eg. breakages, cleaning).
